進(jìn)口倒吊桶疏水閥內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)是一個(gè)倒吊桶為液位敏感件，由杠桿連接倒吊桶，裝置剛起動(dòng)時(shí)，管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)空氣和低溫冷凝水，此時(shí)疏水閥是全開(kāi)放，空氣和低溫冷凝水迅速排出，裝置很快提升溫度。當(dāng)蒸汽進(jìn)入倒吊桶內(nèi)，倒吊桶產(chǎn)生向上浮力，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動(dòng)閥心關(guān)閉閥門(mén)。倒吊桶上開(kāi)有一小孔，能自動(dòng)排空氣，當(dāng)一部份蒸汽從小孔排出，另一部份蒸汽產(chǎn)生凝結(jié)水，倒吊桶失去浮力向下沉，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動(dòng)閥心開(kāi)啟閥門(mén)。當(dāng)蒸汽再進(jìn)入倒吊桶內(nèi)，閥門(mén)再關(guān)閉，循環(huán)工作，間斷排水。

加裝抗水錘及防破水封逆止閥，對(duì)于抗水錘及防止破水封有明顯成效。低負(fù)載滴漏排放，中負(fù)載間歇排放，滿(mǎn)載連續(xù)排放不會(huì)形成冷滯和氣堵。有不同節(jié)流孔可選擇，不同壓力下可維持一定的排水量，  有良好的我清洗性能，無(wú)污物困擾。耐污垢，小顆粒雜質(zhì)經(jīng)由頂上節(jié)流孔沖出去。操作時(shí)可全程排放不凝結(jié)氣體。背壓能力強(qiáng)，適合回收系統(tǒng)使用。不可使用于過(guò)熱蒸汽。零件采用不銹鋼及硬化鉻鋼閥座，耐磨抗蝕。體大，不耐凍。停機(jī)時(shí)，閥座是開(kāi)啟的狀態(tài)。裝置時(shí)須直立，不能歪斜既可連續(xù)排水，亦可間歇排水。

The  installation  of  anti  water  hammer  and  anti  breaking  water  seal  check  valve  to  prevent  water  hammer，  and  anti  break  the  seal  has  evident  effect.  Low  load  drip  discharge，  intermittent  discharge  load，  full  of  cold  stagnation  and  continuous  discharge  is  not  blocked.  There  are  different  orifice  can  choose，  under  different  pressure  can  maintain  a  certain  amount  of  water，  is  good  for  my  cleaning  performance，  without  affected  by  pollutants.  Dirt，  small  particles  of  impurities  through  the  top  of  the  throttle  Kong  Chong  out.  Operation  can  not  discharge  the  whole  gas.  Back  pressure  capability，  suitable  for  recycling  system.  Can‘t  be  used  in  superheated  steam.  Parts  made  of  stainless  steel  and  hardened  steel  seat，  wear  resistance  and  corrosion  resistance.  Body  large，  not  resistant  to  freezing.  When&nb
