一、產(chǎn)品簡介

我公司生產(chǎn)的手動升降器原理是運用空氣動力學原理，用空氣推動活塞，帶動汽缸，實現(xiàn)上升和下降運動的機械裝置。手動升降桿，手動升降器，手動升降機，手動升降平臺，手動升降支架采用高強度鋁合金制造，具有體積小、重量輕、負載大、低噪音、運行平穩(wěn)等優(yōu)點。從ENG通訊到移動無線基站、監(jiān)視、軍事和特定領(lǐng)域上，都有極高的應(yīng)用價值。

二、使用說明

1.將升降桿從布袋內(nèi)取出，垂直置于地面上；

To take the mast from the hop-pocket， stand vertically on the ground

2.打開升降桿三腳架的三個撐腿使之平行于地面；

To open the three legs of tripod， run them parallel with the ground

3.轉(zhuǎn)動撐桿調(diào)節(jié)套使撐桿最短，這樣鎖圈處于自由轉(zhuǎn)動狀態(tài)，轉(zhuǎn)動鎖圈并鎖定； To turn the adjusting sleeves of tripod body， make the tripod body into minimum length. The locking collar is in free revolving， turn the locking collar and locks it

4.轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)節(jié)撐桿調(diào)節(jié)套使升降桿垂直于地面；

To turn the adjusting sleeve， make the mast vertically on the ground.

5.在一個纖繩掛環(huán)上掛三個纖繩，接通氣泵；
To install three cordelles into one cordelle hanged ring， connect with the pump

6.在升降桿完全升起后，將纖繩下端栓在地面固定物上，以保持升降桿穩(wěn)定； To fix the cordelles on the ground so as to keep the mast completely extend

7.將進氣管折起后可以撤除氣泵，升降桿在2kg氣壓狀態(tài)下可保持24小時以上；

To take away the pump after tucking up the air pipe. The mast can keep standing over 24 hours under 2kgs air pressure

8.用后將手動升降器收藏于布袋內(nèi)。

To collect the mast into the hop-pocket after working

1、固定方式：將升降桿安裝于設(shè)備頂部或者周邊，垂直地將燈具設(shè)備、攝像設(shè)備、天線設(shè)備等舉升至高空實現(xiàn)客戶預(yù)定功能的升降設(shè)備。

2、移動方式：通過底部加固三角架來實現(xiàn)，移動式升降，作業(yè)時通過打開三角架底盤，手動或自動升降桿，實成作業(yè)。 
3、車用方式：升降桿是通過在車頂開孔固定，或者安裝在車周邊，并通過拖盤及支撐架聯(lián)合固定。

五、使用特別提示：請用戶仔細閱讀本事項

1. 工作氣壓禁止超過0.30Mpa；
2. 負載禁止超過250 Kg；
3. 升降桿頂部加載的物體必須以中心為準對稱布置并固定牢固，要避免偏心安裝；
