【主要用料】： 
（1）面料是座面，扶手面，靠背是環(huán)保皮（可選超纖皮，國產(chǎn)真皮，進(jìn)口真皮），其它部分為厚仿皮。布料可換色，可定做尺寸；
（2）木架采用白樺木、水曲柳、進(jìn)口橡木、松木等雜木及進(jìn)口橡木，木質(zhì)堅(jiān)實(shí)，蒸氣烘干，無蛀蟲、含水率穩(wěn)定；高規(guī)格加粗木方做骨架
（3）加密弓字簧+牛皮筋+纖維布+海棉+無紡布+坐架布。
（4）海綿采用高密度高彈力整塊海綿，經(jīng)久耐用，不變型；高回彈海綿，坐墊海綿密度：35 -45kg；靠背和扶手海綿密度：20-35kg，完全不含再生棉。靠包和抱枕內(nèi)填充物采用優(yōu)質(zhì)高彈性公仔棉和羽絨。
（5）靠墊，抱枕均使用高密度海棉或舒適棉(公仔棉)
（6）沙發(fā)腳： 實(shí)木、金屬鐵鍍鉻、純鋼?？蓳Q色，可定做尺寸；
（7）產(chǎn)品符合國際環(huán)保組織的要求；
（8）客戶可提出的個(gè)性需求,不同檔次的布藝供客戶選擇；
史丹尼原材料保證:
1.包覆面料:紡織面料顏色磨擦度>4級;
2.人造板材甲醛釋放量:內(nèi)部符合GB18580-2001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)E2要求:外部符合GB18580-2001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)E2要求.
3.實(shí)木鋸材:內(nèi)部木架應(yīng)不帶樹皮等缺陷符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求:外表用料樹種應(yīng)與標(biāo)識明示一致及缺陷符合要求.
4.金屬管材:采用高頻焊管,受力部件的管壁厚度>1.22mm.
5.鋪墊料:麻 布.棕布 .棉(化織)制品等符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)安全衛(wèi)生要求.
6.泡沫塑料:密度座面>35kg/m3.其它部位20kg/m3
7.膠粘劑:有害物質(zhì)符合GB18581-標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定.
8.木器涂料:有害物質(zhì)符合GB18581-2001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定.
9.彈性材料:蛇簧鋼絲直(3.0-4.0)mm.中凹形(或包布)彈簧鋼絲直徑(1.0-3.0)mm.

1、Seatsurface and handrail surface are covered with shell fabric,the back of chair is environmental-friendly leader.(can change to domastic leader,import leader and ultra filament imitates skin). The others part cover with thick imitation leader. Fabric colour and size can be changed.
2、Wooden support made by birch,oak,northest China ash，pine and so on.All of them must be sure not only dried and hard but also no board, its water content must be steady with high quality.
3、The sofa made by high quality spring,leahter line,fabric fiber, sponge,nonwovens,seat frame fabric and so on.
4、Sponge：High density and elasticity sponge, no distortion and wear well. Cushion sponge density is 35-45 KG,back and arm rest sponge density is 20-35 KG.
5、 Back of chair and throw pillow full fill with elasticity doll cotton or eiderdown.
6、 Sofa feet: The material contain wooden,stainless stell,iron and so on.its colour and size can be changed for custumer’s reference .
