隔離墩模具制作工藝：選用3-4mm厚度的鋼板經(jīng)過裁剪、焊接、打磨、噴漆成型，隔離墩模具為組裝式鋼模具，使用方便、拆模簡單、質量有保障、外形完美。

上寬：15cm、20cm、25cm
下寬：45cm、50cm、60cm

隔離墩模具脫模注意事項：
1：水泥的強度，混凝土的配比要得當；
2：混凝土的凝固時間要掌握好，一般為24小時最佳時間；
3：隔離墩模具使用前，先在內(nèi)模噴一層脫模劑或機油，可防止粘膜。
